Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Who You Are Buying From

This store and website are operated by SASU IDEVASION, a French société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle trading as LURVONY, registered office at 4 Rue Père Auguste Valensin, 06000 Nice, France, registered with the RCS of Nice under SIRET 99188973400018, intra-community VAT number FR20991889734 (the "Seller", "we", "us", "our").

Contact: contact@lurvony.com

These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern every order placed on lurvony.com (the "Site"). They apply together with our Privacy Policy, our Return & Refund Policy and our Legal Notice, which form an integral part of the contract between us.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms as they stood at the time of your order. We may amend these Terms at any time; the version applicable to your order is the one published on the Site when the order was placed.

2. Who May Buy

The Site is intended for consumers acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and have the legal capacity to contract.

Our products are sold for personal use. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale, or that are abnormal in quantity or frequency.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs, renderings and videos are illustrative: colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, its settings and the lighting conditions in which the photographs were taken. Such variations do not constitute a lack of conformity.

Sizes, measurements and compositions are stated on each product page. Where a measurement is given as an approximation or a tolerance, it is indicated as such.

Product offers are valid while stocks last. We may change, limit or discontinue any product at any time, without this affecting orders already accepted.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include French VAT where applicable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, displayed prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees levied by the destination country. Unless the checkout expressly states that duties are prepaid, these charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price or in the shipping cost. They are outside our control and we cannot estimate them for you; we recommend contacting your local customs authority before ordering.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. We may change prices at any time, without this affecting orders already accepted.

If an obvious pricing error appears on the Site (a manifestly incorrect price), we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, after informing you.

5. Placing an Order

Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email accepting it. A confirmation that payment has been received is not, on its own, acceptance of the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order, in particular where the product is unavailable, where payment is refused or suspected to be fraudulent, where the delivery address appears invalid, or where there is an obvious pricing error. If we do, we will inform you and refund any amount already paid.

Before confirming, you can check your order and correct any mistake. Please verify your delivery address carefully: we cannot be held responsible for a delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you provided.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at contact@lurvony.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been passed for dispatch we may be unable to modify it. This does not affect your right of withdrawal under section 9.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which currently include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

Payment is taken in full when the order is placed. Payments are processed by our payment providers over a secure connection; we never receive or store your full card number.

You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide and that the details you give are accurate and complete. Orders are not dispatched until payment has been received in full.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout.

Delivery times are those indicated on the Site and in your order confirmation. They are given in working days, run from dispatch unless stated otherwise, and are estimates: they may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays and periods of high demand.

In any event, and in accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, we will deliver your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless a different period has been agreed with you. If we fail to deliver within that period, you may instruct us to deliver within a reasonable additional period, and if we still fail to do so, you may cancel the contract and obtain a full refund within 14 days of cancellation.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods (Articles L216-4 and L216-5 of the French Consumer Code). Until then, the risk remains with us.

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If it arrives damaged, note this with the carrier where possible and contact us at contact@lurvony.com without delay, keeping the packaging.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further shipping charge, or to refund the product price.

8. Your Statutory Rights Come First

Nothing in these Terms, in our Return & Refund Policy or anywhere else on the Site removes or limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer. Where a commercial commitment we make is more generous than the law, it applies in addition to your statutory rights, never in replacement of them. Where any clause conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection rule applicable to you, that rule prevails.

9. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several instalments, it runs from receipt of the last item.

How to withdraw. Tell us clearly, before the 14 days expire, that you are withdrawing — by email to contact@lurvony.com, or using the model form at the end of these Terms. You do not have to give a reason. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal.

Returning the goods. You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us. We will provide the return address once your request is registered. The direct cost of returning the goods is yours. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — in practice, you may try an item on as you would in a shop, but not wear or wash it.

Refund. We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we refund the standard cost only. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you. No handling or restocking fee is deducted from a refund made under this statutory right of withdrawal.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the categories listed in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods which deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.

10. Commercial Returns Beyond the 14 Days

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a commercial 90-day return window, described in full in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary: items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging and proof of purchase; return shipping is at your cost; returns requested from day 15 to day 90 are refunded as store credit, which never expires.

This commercial policy is a voluntary commitment. It does not affect, and cannot reduce, the statutory rights described in sections 9, 11 and 12.

We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods existing at the time of delivery, under Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, for two years from delivery.

Within that period you may ask for the goods to be brought into conformity by repair or replacement, free of charge, and without major inconvenience to you. If repair and replacement are impossible, unduly delayed, or cause you major inconvenience, you may obtain a price reduction or cancel the contract and be refunded.

You are not required to prove that the lack of conformity existed at delivery: for new goods, it is presumed to have existed at delivery if it appears within 24 months of delivery.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee. To make a claim, write to contact@lurvony.com describing the problem, with photographs where relevant.

12. Guarantee Against Hidden Defects

Independently of the above, you may rely on the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from the discovery of the defect. You may then choose between cancelling the sale and obtaining a price reduction, in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.

13. Our Liability

We are liable for the proper performance of the contract, in accordance with Article L221-15 of the French Consumer Code. We may be released from liability where non-performance is attributable to you, to an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party unconnected with the contract, or to force majeure.

We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, strikes, carrier failures, customs blockages, or interruption of telecommunications or energy supply. If such an event lasts more than 60 days, either party may cancel the affected order, and we will refund you.

14. Intellectual Property

The Site and all its content — trademarks, texts, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, and the design, selection and arrangement of the whole — are the property of SASU IDEVASION or its licensors and are protected under French and international intellectual property law.

You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, store or transmit any of its content without our prior written consent. The LURVONY name and logo are trademarks of SASU IDEVASION.

Where you submit a review, photograph or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to reproduce and display that content on the Site and in our communications, for the duration of the legal protection of the rights concerned. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content you submit.

15. Personal Data

Personal data collected when you place an order is processed by SASU IDEVASION as data controller, for order management, delivery, customer service, accounting and compliance with our legal obligations. Full details, including your rights and the retention periods applied, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

16. Complaints, Mediation and Disputes

First, write to us. Please send any complaint to contact@lurvony.com. We will do our best to find a solution quickly.

Consumer mediation. In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction within one year of being submitted to us in writing, you may refer the dispute free of charge to our consumer mediator:

If you reside in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre network can also assist you free of charge with a cross-border dispute.

Applicable law and courts. These Terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of the place where you were domiciled at the time the contract was concluded, or where the harmful event occurred, or before the courts of Nice, France.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a right at a given time is not a waiver of that right.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign ours in connection with a transfer of our business, provided this does not reduce your rights.

These Terms, together with the policies they refer to and your order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your order.
