We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition that you received it.

• Be unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the return address located in France, along with detailed return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Conditions

Returns within the first 14 days

If your return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a refund to your original payment method, subject to the following conditions:

• The returned item must be received and inspected before any refund is issued.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• A handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Returns from Day 15 to Day 90

If your return request is made between the 15th and the 90th day after delivery, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item (after inspection).

• The store credit never expires.

• Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

• The item must meet all return eligibility requirements.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective.

• The item is damaged.

• You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product following our return procedure and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.

To qualify, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn.

• In its original packaging.

• With all tags attached.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.
